2.1 Orders placed through the website are subject to availability of stock.
2.2 All orders are accepted only when confirmed by us in writing or email.
2.3 Prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Any confirmed order will be honoured at the agreed price.
2.4 You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information when placing an order.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment is required according to the invoice terms provided by us.
3.2 We accept payment via bank transfer and cheque.
3.3 Failure to pay may result in cancellation of orders and/or collection proceedings.
4. Delivery and Collection
4.1 Delivery dates are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to meet requested delivery dates but are not liable for delays.
4.2 Risk in the pallets passes to you upon delivery or collection.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is safe and accessible. Additional charges may apply for inaccessible sites or delays caused by the customer.
5. Quality and Inspection
5.1 All pallets are sold as described on the website or quotation.
5.2 Used or reconditioned pallets may show signs of wear; this is normal and does not constitute a defect.
5.3 Any complaints about goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Returns are only accepted with prior written approval from us.
6.2 Custom or specially treated pallets cannot be returned unless faulty.
6.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after inspection and in line with our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
7.2 Our maximum liability for any claim relating to pallets is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
